Microsoft releases Windows 10 Deployment Application tool for developers

As the launch of Windows 10 to the general public comes closer and closer, Microsoft has begun releasing a number of tools in order to make the lives of developers working with Windows 10 a little easier.
The most recent of these to be released is the Windows 10 Deployment Application tool. In the words of Microsoft it is a

"command line utility that can be utilized to deploy a Universal Windows app from a Windows 10 PC to any Windows 10 mobile device. It allows users to deploy an .AppX to a device connected through USB or available on the same subnet without requiring access to the complete Visual Studio solution"
